Wow it was helpful thank you, we always year by year try to live simpler. No sofa that is interesting it makes me think of when we had work done in living room and got rid of all window treatments all accessories and just had sofa it was so much better for the mind so it’s interesting to think of what it would be like with no sofas and we were thinking of replacing them with a smaller furniture footprint. I love boxes too once I discovered decorative boxes just so much better not to see papers or random things we have

dont ever use your phone first thing in the morning, wait until atleast 3pm if it is not a necessity to use it. your brain waves change so much after using a device like that, and those brainwaves can cause way more anxiety and make it hard to focus especially if you have things like school or work or just overall want to enjoy your day outside or with friends offline (in real life)

Regarding speaking loudly… Too much loud conversations in public places. Either people talking on their cell phones or to other people. I remember growing up (before cell phone invention) that you could ride a bus or eat in a restaurant or go to a doctor’s office, etc. and people were quiet and respectful. They kept their voices at a minimum. Today, people just don’t care and want to be seen and heard! They also talk over and interrupt other people while they are talking. So much inconsideration these days. Where are people’s manners these days?

Not using laundry detergent is also easier if you use only natural fabrics, such as cotton and wool. Dirt and oil release naturally from these materials, making soap optional. Especially when using magnesium pellets, there is simply no reason to use detergent. I have only used detergent 1 time in the past 2 years, and that was when I spilled oil in the kitchen and had to use a towel to clean it up. My clothes are always fresh and clean. But I suppose everything depends on a person's individual experience. For some people who do a lot of exercise or have a different body chemistry, magnesium pellets and natural fibers might not be enough to keep things clean. But I suggest everyone at least give it a try.
